This an economical and ecological pain point. It is also an opportunity for airplane operators. This is why we, at CitizenPlane, have embarked on an ambitious mission to not let airplane seats take off empty.

CitizenPlane's journey began in 2017, when four bright minds from the aviation and tech scene built a unique and cutting-edge platform. Their product allowed airplane operators to sell their distressed content.

The team encountered a huge success from the start, selling more than 100K empty seats in the first 12 months. Since then, its growth has been exponential, with dozens of new partners signing up each month.
